Headquartered in London, our mission is to effect improvement in the liquidity profile of private market investments for the benefit UK companies and asset owners. Enabling a broadening of private capital to drive more meaningful growth in the UK economy.
Today only 15% of Global AUM invest in private markets. UK pension fund allocations of 2% are half the global average of 4% and less than one third of the United States at 6.1%*. We aspire to change that.
We intend to stimulate debate and work with government and regulatory bodies to help shape the future of digital private markets. Seeking members from London’s leading lights in both Private Equity and Venture Capital.
We focus on the development of digital markets driven by Blockchain technology, associated with private assets, including digital Private Equity and Venture Capital. We intend to engage with industry and help shape the future of liquidity.
